So, how do you know which ADT Keypad model you have? You’ll need to know what ADT Keypad you have for various reasons, such as needing help from customer service or if you’re thinking of getting an upgrade. How to Identify Which ADT Keypad Model You Have The badging, icons, button layout, display, and general layout of the keypad are unique to each, making identifying fairly straightforward. Fifteen different types of ADT keypads can seem relatively similar.Įven though the keypads seem relatively similar, some key differences will help guide you to which model you have installed in your home. If the HVAC system struggles to keep up with the thermostat set temperature, it can explain it not working.While it may seem cumbersome and difficult to try and identify the model of your ADT Security System, it can be done quickly.
